This is not as gruesome as it fact its really easy!

I have taken the principles of my triathlon coaching experience to develop a simple, effective and pretty easy method of improving your fitness in a healthy and lasting way.

Let me be clear, this is not about you completing an ironman or training 20 hours a week, everyone if different.  It about looking at where your health and fitness is and helping you to improve it.

Video Analysis
Swim Video Analysis Session

The video analysis session typically takes around 75 mins.


It starts with a chat about your swim history and what you want to achieve from the session.

We then record your swimming from 4 key angles, then on poolside we'll have a look at whats going on.

We then jump back in the pool and practice 2 maybe 3 key drills for you to work on in your own time to best improve your swimming.
