In the wake of the virus outbreak and that all Oxford Tri club training sessions have been cancelled in the near future, I aim to keep you training as long as you're fit and well to do so.

I've created this little micro-site where I'll be sharing some sessions to keep you going along with tips and advice

Swim Sessions

There's no specific pace to these session, but they'll give you some structure and variety if you can make it to the pool.
