What do I need?

You'll need to sign up for a free Training Peaks account

You'll need a training watch that's compatible training watch Training Peaks - Check here

You can sign up separately for Training Peaks Premium

A GPS watch for tracking speed/pace

A HR monitor for tracking your Heart Rate

For bike training you'll need to measure either power or HR
